DemoGen is a social news site devoted exclusively to user generated content. Demogen's users submit their favorite funny, insightful, or just cool, user generated content and then the community votes for the best stuff and that gets to the front page. User generated content means it is made by your average internet user, not by a large media group or website.

Some examples of user generated content are, forum posts, Digg comments, Reddit pun threads, Amazon product reviews, Craigslists postings, Yahoo! Answers Troll, 4chan meme fights, original YouTube videos, or anything else that falls within those examples. There is no hard and fast rule for what constitutes a Ment but those examples should give you a pretty good idea.
